OUR PRINCIPAL:

Ron Sanderson is a recognized expert in coaching executives and teams on how to achieve collaborative breakthroughs.  His experience includes twenty five years in the oil & gas industry, initially with Texaco Inc., where he served as special internal consultant to senior management.  He has also worked in electronics & aerospace manufacturing, banking and advertising.  Ron is married, has two sons and enjoys fly fishing.
